At MADLADY, we want you to love your style, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
